Delete your SafeMoney VPN account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email.

In the app

1. Open SafeMoney VPN and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with the code we send to your email or Telegram. If your account has no email or Telegram, type the confirmation word shown on the screen.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By email

Send a request to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. If your account has no email, tell us the device you use and we will help you confirm that the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days, usually much faster.

What is deleted

• Your email address, name, Telegram account link and password.
• Sign-in links with Google and other providers.
• Your VPN connection keys and active subscription. Access stops right away.
• Saved payment methods, active sessions and support conversations.
• Any remaining balance in your account.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, status, transaction ID): kept for 6 years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
• Device identifiers and protected records of the contacts that were used for a free trial: kept so the same person cannot claim a free trial again. They are not used for anything else.
• Technical logs: deleted automatically within 30 days.
